Rather than presenting pre-set and structured workshop formats, Brenda prefers to ‘free-form’ around a central theme. This theme can be pre-determined by you or if you prefer, Brenda can tune in to what is most appropriate according to the energy of the times and a particular group. Whatever the theme, Brenda will provide appropriate meditations and other healing tools including toning and light language to bring about dynamic shifts in conscious awareness.
Brenda will invite participants to bring questions relating to the theme and written on paper to be collected at the commencement of the workshop. She will then provide channelled responses throughout the course of the day.
Brenda’s gift in a workshop environment is to draw participants into deep intimate space with her regardless of how many people attend. Within the safety and love of this intimacy, she guides the group towards new heights of understanding and acceptance of their individual divinity and purpose on Earth.
